Do you build pads for shops and barns too?
Yes. Shops, barns, and other slab buildings get the same pad prep as a house.
Can you clear the lot and build the pad in the same job?
Yes. Clearing, grading, and pad work are often one job for us, handled by the same crew start to finish.
Do you prep driveways?
Yes. We grade and shape driveways so they drain properly, whether it's a new drive to a home site or reworking one that holds water.
